The other 2 BMW service departments I've had my car serviced at have set my expectations pretty high. Making the appointment was easy enough, got one for the next day and a time that worked, but when I pulled up with my car at that time I had to stand and wait for about 15 minutes to basically hand my keys to someone. There were lots of employees walking around but my dedicated person was "running late" and eventually the coordinator just asked someone else to do the reception. That guy was nice and fast. Got a loaner for the day and that experience was great. Then got there to pick up about 15 minutes before they close, there was 2 ppl waiting, 1 trying to pay. By the time I finally got my car, 30 minutes later, they'd gotten each of those people out plus 3 that were after me. I finally went to the cashier lady and asked if they missed calling my name or something, nope, they hadnt washed it yet. So it was going through the drive thru car wash, it was supposed to have been vacuumed also according to my paperwork, but that didn't happen. So it basically took them from 8am to 6:30pm to do a basic service appointment and a drive thru car wash. I'll try my luck at a different bmw dealership for my next service.
