Car was delivered late despite 3 promises if delivery. Various excuses made about computer systems being down / unable to print docs- not confirmed when I called someone else to find out what was going on. Completely ruined other plans we had for the weekend. No time for any hand over / tutorial. Only one key delivered. Was told the other had been out in our mail box - still waiting for it. Pretty obvious they were focused on selling more cars before year end rather than taking care of the client. 3rd and last car I will but from them.
