Shavitz provides reliable, quality service. David D was here today to provide our regular winter maintenance. He responded to my concern about the drain pipe routing. He contacted the office to get me a good price to reroute the pipe and add a pump which he was able to do today. I am completely satisfied with all of his work and with his customer service orientation.
