All of a sudden I received a text message from this company that I would have to pay for an insurance policy that I don't have. I call to resolve it and then be connected 4 times and finally to stand in a queue for 15 minutes as 'next'. Finally I enter 1 to leave a message for the employee (where an automatic tape encourages you every 30 seconds), that doesn't work at all. What an unbelievably bad service ...
