A short story: my work contracted this hotel for a 3-day conference. The venue itself is beautiful and very well equipped would highly recommend. But what astounded me was the quality of service that we received specifically from Bakul, Saurabh, and Amine. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure that everything went perfectly. They were attentive, positive, efficient, and always prepared to assist us in any way possible. 10/10 would recommend any venue where these gents work.
