So, since so many people are so quick to point out fault or place blame, I would like to give some compliments. I needed to have unexpected gallbladder surgery on 2/25/19. My boss, Dr. Jeffrey Gaber, saw me, made a phone call and sent me to the ER at Mercy Medical Center. From the minute I arrived until my discharge on 2/26/19, everyone was awesome! Everyone couldn t have been any nicer or more comforting. Shout out to my Attending Physician, Dr. Siamak Moayedi, who had a great bedside manner, quickly made the diagnosis, & made me feel reassured and at ease...to my surgeon, Dr. Nora Meenaghan, who I would recommend without hesitation. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was extremely informative about the procedure and what to expect post-operatively, & made my husband and I have total faith in her... to my nurses on the 14th floor, Ericka and Seher, you were the best...and to Dave, a student nurse who took part in my post-op care, you re going to be a great nurse! So, to Dr. Gaber, Dr. Moayedi, Dr. Meenaghan, and everyone at Mercy that took part in my care, thank you! All of you made this experience a very positive one-and you all kept me very calm which is a feat all by itself!!
