I can understand that the store and the brand have internal procedures, but I am amazed that they are to the detriment of the customer.
Indeed, following an erroneous purchase made online on the Darty site and thinking that returning to the store would be easier and above all more practical, I went to bring an Apple Pencil and a Karcher vacuum cleaner to the Madeleine store. Nevertheless, on the pretext that I was still awaiting delivery of a refrigerator and a dishwasher scheduled for the next day (25/08), the person in charge of "Atelier" told me that he was going give me a voucher but that it will not be able to refund or issue a credit note before the delivery is effective.
Therefore, I should represent myself at the store from Wednesday.
