My husband and I went for breakfast on Valentines ...

My husband and I went for breakfast on Valentines Day. The host was very nice to seat us upstairs as they were very busy outside. Unfortunately that was not good for us. It took us 45 minutes to get are order as we watched tables around us get their orders. We asked our waitress for our order and why ours had not arrived when we were seated at least 30 minutes before the table next to us. Her response was that their order was easier to make. But when are food arrived - it was cold so I am assuming it was sitting downstairs and she didn t pick it up.
At this point my husband was agitated and so we ate it because we didn t want to cause a scene and had already spent 2 hours there and didn t want to wait more to eat somewhere else. Not once did they apologize or offer anything to compensate for their bad service.
Very disappointed as we are local and have eaten there many times . Thanks for an upsetting start to what should have been a wonderful time.

My husband thinks that they have developed an attitude where they think that now that they have lots of patrons that they can slack off on service. But it s the local patrons that have been coming to your place when you were not busy that have been supporting our local businesses. Needles to say - we won t be going back anytime soon.
