Was interested in a certified pre-owned vehicle they had on their lot. From the initial outreach by Ron, to scheduling an appointment, to the delivery of car, the service was 5 star all around. Ron was beyond incredible. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted, needed, etc and delivered exactly that PLUS! We spent the better part of Saturday afternoon together to get my deal done. Derrick, the manager was also great! A fellow Jersey transplant, he too didn t try to railroad me or mislead me with pricing at all. Then there was Claudia in Finance...she s a trip! The finance manger was no nonsense and incredible. His goal wasn t to push a deal through, it was to make sure I got what I needed and felt comfortable with it.

I Can honestly say this is the first time in my life that I enjoyed the car buying experience. As long as I am a south Florida resident, Delray Acura will always be my go-to dealer!
