I had my rooms booked for 5 days while staying there a lady that works there walks by an says to me are you a Hawaiian Hilton reward member an I said yes. Then she says I can help you follow me. We got to the front desk an I pulled out my reservation paper out of my purse an handed it to her. She looks at it an says you know what I can get you a better deal. I looked at her an said you can well thank for telling me that I would have never known that. So she gives a room in the Ali an i have no clue what or where it is i never stayed there before. So I take my stuff to my room change my clothes because I flew from Texas to see my nephews graduate the next day. I left to go see my grandma an family in Kapolei an Waianae. The next morning I get up after not sleeping good because the toilet ran all night making a loud noise. I got up called them to let them know about got dressed left to help with graduation came back got dressed for graduation called them again about the toilet an left. While I'm at my nephew's an niece graduation they call me an tell me I need to come check out of my room. I am so confused about what they are talking about. They said you have to move your things to another room. I'm am upset don't understand what is going on I'm an hour away. I told them look I already have reservation for 5 days. She said no mam that room was only for one day. So long story short this lady put me in a room she wasn't supposed to for one day! I tried to ask them why would I stay in one room for one night then move all my luggage out for the next 4. I would never do such a stupid thing! So they tell me I can drive all the way back after graduation move my things into the other room in another hotel. When I get there I have all my printed out paper work to show them. They guy at the front desk then proceeds to tell me well your stuff is okay there until tomorrow. I looked at him an said what! They me tonight he said oh my mistake but you have a late check out charge. After reading him the 5th asking him to explain to me after what I told him how does all that makes sense to him he did not charge me the late check out which was all there mistake they were trying to cover up! I missed graduation dinner for both of the kids. They totally ruined everything plus lied about billing me because I got charged on my bill today. I didn't travel all that way to go through this. They never apologized only the valet guys because they seen it all. It was a very sad experience for me.
