On a recent visit to Le Meriden Delfina Santa Monica from Dublin Ireland
We were welcomed by a very pleasant & helpful gentleman josh Washington at reception he is the experience Specialist for this Hotel which is very beautiful I wish to add there was complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival & free valet parking a lovely touch also
Josh asked if we had been traveling we told him it was our wedding anniversary & we had been to San Francisco & other places .
He immediately offered to upgrade us to a beautiful room with an ocean view on the 5 th floor & sent up complimentary Iced champagne & chocolate strawberries as a guest treat
This was a very pleasant & kind gesture & a truly lovely surprise
We are very thankful to josh for his wonderful thoughtfulness & pleasant approach
The hotel met all our needs close to amenities had a fabulous Gym which I availed of lovely pool & complimentary coffee voucher also
All staff were extremely pleasant & we were made very welcome especially by josh who left a lovely note wishing us anniversary wishes
We will recommend this hotel to Trailfinders in Dublin to use it again for guests it was all a very pleasant & enjoyable experience in Santa Monica
