Wow! Can't say enough wonderful things about our experience there. The menu is always evolving, due to it being farm to table, which is a plus in my book. I had Spaghetti Carbonara, which was a delight with the addition of quail eggs. The Horchata ice cream was definitely a noticable delight to our palette. If you are looking for fresh and you enjoy the surprise of new culinary experiences, this is the cream of the crop. Staff were incredibly knowledgable, friendly, timely, and collaborative. And as far as the setting is concerned, it's on a working farm. The view is memorable, especially when seated next to the window with a view of the mountains and the lovely grounds (complete with fowl comedy, the chickens are priceless!)
