Internode have requested I provide my internet selection process once I moved to the NBN. Before I retired I worked in the Utilities business in a moderate sized office. After doing my own online research for available plans, I found it s difficult to find a plan that suited my moderate use, however I was focused on a plan that provided the speed of 25/5 mb/s with a monthly allowance of around 100mb.

One of my colleagues had already some research on the listed NBN providers, which at the time numbered 26. I then asked another colleague who his NBN provider was, and he told me it was Internode and had been with them for 10 years and was happy with their service and Technical Support. As colleagues we were all in the Electrical Engineering Business.

My colleagues feedback was good enough for me.
I then discussed my plan options and cost with Internode. Subsequently I signed with Internode saving myself $30 / mth compared to my previous plan as well as opting for a VOIP phone.

I have now been with Internode for around 2 years and have received excellent and timely Technical Support when needed. I am happy with the speed being delivered.
I am particularly happy with the fact I am dealing with a local Contact Centre although some calls may overflow to a Contact Centre in South Africa.
Call backs and follow up investigations by Internode staff have exceeded my expectations.
