Fantastic Experience. Took my Lenovo ThinkPad to MicroCenter originally and they wouldn't do a warranty repair because I didn't have a receipt, even though they could just look up the serial number. They said Lenovo wouldn't honor it without a receipt, which went against everything Id heard. Took it to Xtek, no receipt, they looked up the serial #, and had it fixed the next day.

Overall an outstanding experience.
