We used Smart Legal for the purchase of our first house and couldn't have been happier with the service. Being first time buyers we needed some extra advice and Sabrina went above and beyond to make sure our interest was best represented. Even though the other transaction in the chain was in the same neighborhood we were done with all the searches and paperwork 3 weeks ahead of the sellers. Sabrina would send regular updates and pushed the transaction forward when the estate agents were not stepping up to the role.
