We have purchased a Samsung TV through Telekom, which in the meantime has failed. Yesterday I was again, this time in the Telekom Mosilor store, where the store's representative after a 35-minute talk with a superior told me that the representative at Dorobanti was wrong at the time he made my complaint and that he did not has met this situation and advised me to go to Dimitrov, where girls are older than 15 years and can give me some advice. Today I called Telekom and the operator told me that he did not find any complaints on my name I did complain to Anpc, and now I will let the organs empowered to take the necessary legal measures, if amiable could not be done despite my efforts.
