What a wonderful experience I had at this dealership and I walked away with my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica that I bought because I prefer to buy rather than lease. Jake Balch was my salesman and let me tell you I've never met such a person who was motivated and dedicated to suit my needs and to make sure that I got the best experience possible. I swear I've called two other dealers and went to one other dealer before this one and they didn't take me serious for some reason, but then I decided just drive to this dealer and met Jake in the parking lot as soon as I walked out of my car and he greeted me and I got this good feeling as soon he introduced himself I knew he would take care of me. He worked HARD!!!! With me and was so patient to get me my Pacifica and everything I wanted and the price I wanted. Thank you Cueter Chrysler and thank you Jake Balch for a wonderful experience and also everyone in there as well. They are all so kind there and to them customer satisfaction is key and I'm glad I came to CUETER CHRYSLER.
