Every person we talked to was very nice and profes...

Every person we talked to was very nice and professional, but they were very understaffed, making the wait really long (2+ hours) and making it hard to even get a hold of someone while there, with extended periods of time without anyone behind the front counter. Hopefully a fluke with our 1am visit but stressful nonetheless.
