I had a great experience with Poli! Jesse, my loan originator was fantastic. He was always available when I had a question. He would get back to me promptly if not immediately after I would call, text or email. He even updated my preapproval letter as we were at a showing of our dream home. He was very informative and patient. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Lynn, my loan processor was just as helpful. She was very friendly and responsive. Poli s online process made everything simple and easy. The rate they offered me was super competitive. I would highly recommend Poli to anyone looking to obtain a home mortgage.
