The fact it is a budget hotel at an excellent location in the heart of London, doesn't mean the facility should be kept in such poor condition. What is the problem to keep it in good conditions and to do basic maintenance every once in a while? Further continental breakfast is a joke, it would be better to spend the money somewhere else.
