The Ray of Light has been a nurturing place of connection, community and retreat since I moved back to the coast 3 years ago. I ve enjoyed many classes and workshops in this time, and have fortunately been able to complete both my Yoga Teacher Training level 1 and 2 with Rachel, and her amazing teachers.
Both courses have bought a diverse depth of understanding in yoga asana and philosophy and in turn self- not only on my mat but naturally flowing off the mat and into every aspect of my life.

The 5 day Bali retreat on Yoga Teacher Training 2 was an especially special time, challenging, joyful, and enriching on all levels; delving into life changing personal enquiry and potential. An amazing experience that I highly recommend.
