My entire experience at Smith Thompson was first class. Every time I called, I was able to speak with someone directly, and I was able to have my home security system turned back on after purchasing a new home. It is important to me buy local when possible, and Smith Thompson made me comfortable with that. I also like that their customer support center is based locally versus offshore somewhere. Their prices are also the best.
