Made reservations a week in advance. I have trouble walking and getting around so asked for a room on lower level. Was told they were booked up on those levels. Would have to go higher. We arrived at 4:45 in the afternoon and was assigned to the top floor. When we got to the room it wasn't made up. Went to the check in and was assigned another room on the second floor, it wasn't made up either. We waited for them toclean and get it ready as we wanted lower floor anyway. Come to find out they mostly assign when you arrive, so they could have accomodated us on the first request. Finally got around at 6:15 to use there social hour. The food bar was empty, except for chili, baked potatoes, no salad, no hot dogs or buns, salsa was empty, chips were crumbs. Will try again before they close as there are no resturants near this facility. Stayed at marion drury the night before was totally different atmosphere. Every thing there was excellent. Have stayed at drury in many states. This is the first bad experience. Will think twice before staying at this location again.
