Bought a mattress from Sam s club & they use this ...

Bought a mattress from Sam s club & they use this delivery service, who are supposed to deliver and set up my mattress and box springs. The two guys came to my house and the one just complained the entire time because the mattress had to be taken upstairs. All he kept saying was how much it was going to suck and he was going to be here all day. My boyfriend brought the two boy springs up and it took them five minutes if that to carry the mattress up the steps. Just very unprofessional and annoying to complain about what you get paid to do?
