HERE I NEVER BUY ANYTHING!

Immediately after purchasing my Sony WF-1000XM3 (approximately 200) indicated that I am not satisfied because people cannot understand me. They do not want to take the product back - even within 14 days after purchase - because it has already been used, but only to assess it for repair. How should a consumer find out if the product is functioning properly? By looking at the box?

Learned a great lesson, I will never buy anything here again. Correct should do justice to its name, but instead it can take an example from Coolblue. Also a Rotterdam company, but what "Everything does for a smile"!
Or maybe read the book Mr Amazon about Jeff Bezos to learn how to put customers first because they ultimately form the basis for your right to exist.
Instead, discussion is started and no longer responded to emails.

I called Sony myself. After my experience with Correct, I prefer to solve it myself.
