Sunday 28 June after passing 200 of products to the self checkouts we tried to pay by card. Lately I have this problem so I can only pay with a master circuit for problems with the ATM mode. Since the POS did not indicate the "master" option, I ask the self-service cashier for help. She calls the manager who then approaches already visibly frustrated. We ask him for information and he replies arrogantly that the problem is ours and that we must get by (in a nutshell). When we tell him (always politely and not for instigation purposes) that the thing is strange because we usually manage to pay with a teacher, he replies "here you are at Ikea not elsewhere. I understand the problem, it is you who evidently don't you understand nothing. This is not our problem "this in an arrogant and humiliating way for no reason! We can understand everything, but rudeness and humiliation for no reason NO.
If your job makes it so we advise you to look for more soon.
PS. We managed to pay for the products with the card of the never girl but we really wanted to plant everything ... we are non-animal customers. TO NEVER AGAIN!
