I took my car here for service as I moved to Beave...

I took my car here for service as I moved to Beaverton from Indiana. It's been continually garbage, long wait times for appointments, super expensive for routine check-ups and they don't follow through with requests.

For example I had a headlight go out, took it for oil change, told them it was out. They said they'd checked it when I returned, turned it on, light was out, then I had to wait 20 minutes (after 2 hours for an oil change) because the mechanic dropped the old bulb in.

Most recently there was a recall on the computer system, took it in, asked them to do it with an oil change. As usual they were running behind, after 2 hours, they completed the oil change I asked about the computer recall. "Yours doesn't need it."

Today all of the lights started flashing in my car, sounds just like the recall i didn't need. Took it in "you'll get a $112 diagnostic fee at least." Then they said the thermostat was bad after telling me the recall had been done the last time.

They are continually dishonest, rude, and just plain bad service. Despite being close to my work and having really nice pick up and drop off drivers I'll have to find a new place I've sunk too much money due to them being straight up dishonest and I'll be filing a complaint with Subaru of America because they charged me to perform a recall.
