Absolute worst customer service experience I ve ever had.
The rooms are not that of a 4 star property. The rooms haven t been refurbished in years, as was conveyed to me by the general manager. I experienced a severe allergic reaction due to the poor conditions. After reaching out to the general manager regarding the subpar conditions, I was told that absolutely nothing could be done in order to remedy the situation.
Do not stay here if you are sensitive to dust, pets, or environmental allergies.
I will be contacting the corporate offices at Starwood.
