Overall great experience! I went through SpringEQ to obtain a Home Equity Loan for some home improvement projects I wanted to work on--I didn't want to refinance my house as part of the process and that's one of the perks of going through SpringEQ, you don't have to. The entire process was quick (took a few weeks from when I applied to when I received the money) and the team was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend using them if you're looking for a home equity loan with very competitive rates (they were 3-4% lower than other places I looked while shopping around) and quick service.
