Normally, I have a good experience shopping at Goebbert s. Yesterday, I bought corn, got it home and found it to be disgusting with some kind of black slimy fungus. I called to tell them about this today.
The woman never said that I could come back in and get credit for the bad corn or replace it with good corn. I consider that poor customer service and will get my corn somewhere else in the future. The other products I bought were satisfactory. This farm has been a mainstay of my summer shopping, but I am rethinking this because of poor service.
