Be aware that the price you are quoted does not include tax. I was quoted a price down to the penny so I expected to pay that when I picked up my car. Instead the bill was $350 more than I expected due to $200 in sales tax and a $150 mistakenly added charge that I am still trying to get refunded a week and a half later.
When I left a negative response to their corporate survey, Matt Raper, the service director, told me to give him a call. It took me over five hours to get a hold of him by phone which is unfortunately representative of the entire service department. He offered me a free car wash. Sales is much more responsive and I expect I would have been treated better if I d bought a car there. I wasn't offered a loaner car until they knew I'd be paying them >$3k. I usually had to call at least three times to get a hold of someone in service and voicemails were never returned. Overall lack of integrity, would not recommend spending your time or money here. :-(
