My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Petra to buy a new Ford Explorer! She was genuine and extremely helpful throughout the process from answering questions, figuring out what we did/didn t like about each car and tailoring to the next one we saw, tracking down cars on the lot, etc. - until we found exactly what we were looking for! She worked with her team to get us to a price point we were comfortable with and then moved along the finance and detailing process. Overall, we were appreciative of Petra s eagerness to help and what we felt was transparency in the process - being in sales myself I think this is so important!! Thank you to Petra and the lindsay Ford team - we re very happy with our new car!
