This firm fails to meet all its obligations as Trustee, offers no daily management and lets the building deteriorate at great speed. The firm is unsuccessful in respecting the initial date scheduled for the GA, disorganization, risky accounting, lack of communication to the co-owners, ignorance of work requests.
