My TV remote control faltered and appeared worn out.
Where one salesman fails in customer service (order it online), another employee succeeds in bringing a brand new device out of the store for me the next day and makes me happy! The TV can be operated again.
As far as I am concerned, Mr Wim Vinke deserves a symbolic warm shower! A man with a heart for the customers.
