One of the most rude dealerships I've been to. Not only do they not know how to treat their customers they just come up with excuse after excuse. At least if their cars were good quality I wouldn't have a problem but my dodge and Chrysler are constantly in service and they find any and every charge to make the experience a pain and more expensive so they can save more money. Would not recommend this dealership or the service department stay far away from this place.
