While I appreciate the first service being complementary, I made an appointment to avoid a long wait and I stood by my car for 20 minutes before being helped and was then told it would take an hour and a half to change the oil and rotate the tires. I can go to Wal-Mart and buy the oil and filter then change it myself then rotate the tires myself in that time. I don't see a return trip in my future, but I appreciate the great service and everyone I spoke to was extremely polite. I just think the appointment process could use a bit of streamlining.
