Spoke with Jodie on the phone to ask about a mortgage. She was audibly distraught and stressed that I had looked at a few different companies for a mortgage. I was surprised when she told me to just go to one of their competitors without even telling me what they offered. I was referred there from a friend who had a good experience, but would never recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional and rude.
