Greg M was my sales guy and he was amazing. I had gotten 2 other quotes to replace my HVAC system and Greg was the only one who actually looked at all my existing equipment before giving me a quote! He was extremely helpful and patiently explained the process to me, as I had many questions. Greg even came to my home the day of the installation for a couple hours to make sure everyone was on the same page. Wow. Jose and Manny installed my new furnace and AC units. They were very polite and extremely efficient. Besides the fact that I needed to pay for a new HVAC system, it was a great experience! I have and will recommend people to Shavitz. Great service without all the nonsense of other companies I've dealt with.
