My husband and I are first time home buyers looking for a house that does not have any major problems, so we wanted to make sure our inspection would be very thorough. Allied came highly recommended by our realtor and we are so glad we chose their services! Our inspector, Matt, encouraged us to follow him through the rooms, explained anything troubling that he saw, and thoroughly answered all of our questions and concerns. There were a number of major problems that he discovered, so we decided to walk away from the house. We will definitely use Allied for our next inspection. We love how informative and patient they are and were also pleasantly surprised at their free included services, like a 5-year Roof Protection plan.
