Matt Rumbaugh was professional and to the point when I brought my Crosstrek in for a possible issue with the Transmission. My experience in bringing the vehicle in to Mike Shaw (where I actually purchased the vehicle as well) has me convinced that I should bring my car into see them for any service. They got me in and out in a timely manner and assured me that everything was good to go on my car. I will certainly be back.
