I had started out at another dealership and when they told me I needed to take a number before anyone could help me I decided to go directly to the Subaru dealership that a few blocks up. I was greeted immediately by William and we headed straight to the car I was wanting to look at. William was personable, friendly and very professional. He was understanding of my time and everything went through as quickly as possible. I would recommend others interested in buying a car but not interested in the "car buying" experience go to Mike Shaw and ask for William.
