7/21/20 EDIT: Same issue as before arrises. I will be asking for the agents name from now on and taking my complaint up specifically for those individuals. They do not train their customer service agents to be kind or respectful. ORIGINAL: I ve called their customer service agents many times asking very basic and simple questions and they always act as though I ve put them out of their way and that it s an extreme inconvenience to them to do their job. Either these people hate their jobs or their lives....
