Well I made an appointment for faster service but ...

Well I made an appointment for faster service but asked an employee in the service department how much would it be if I got service done to my A/C... He misunderstood my question and did the service and it was a question not a demand. This being said take your time and listen to the customer because I had a previous appointment in which I was late attending.
