I arrived at the downtown location at 2am i was in alot of pain and could barely breath i had pain in my right shoulder and my right rib but i wasnt able to make myself clear on some of my issues. When i first got there they told me to go thru the doors and get on the scale. But then was left there all alone for what seemed like 15 or 20 minutes. It looked desserted in the back while they were all upfront. All i really wanted was to stop hurting long enough to get some rest. So after some time they gave me morphine through my IV and its all a blur except i remember waking up to some man telling me i have pneumonia and emphysema. The next thing i remember is waking up out in Mansfield Tx at my dads house and i no longer live with him and i woke up in lots of pain so my dad called 911 and the ambulance picked me up. When we got back to Harris i overheard a lady nurse day they had wondered where i went and that i hadn't been discharged and they thought i just disappeared! This is very concerning and upsetting because i drove my own car up to the hospital to avoid an ambulance bill i can't afford. And why would they just take me to my dads like they did knowing i drove myself there. It was a very scarey experience and i wont ever go back. In fact i think ill go somewhere soon to get a second opinion on the emphysema as well. Im still quite confused about alot. Oh and the way they were rushing me out after telling me i have pneumonia what kind of place does that. This one i regret to say.
