My father died there after his heart surgery there. The nurse had noted my mom's and myself's mobile phone number in case of an emergency. His death was finally reported to us by the police because they suddenly no longer had our number ... bizarre. When we visited him in the mortuary, we guessed what had just gone wrong. The person who was present could not give us a detailed explanation. I was able to call the CCU department myself to ask what had happened. To date, we do not yet know what exactly went wrong. But we as surviving relatives have to live with this. For them it was just 'just' a patient, but it was my dad ....
