Dan & RyAnn were a pleasure to meet and work with. On top of matching my experience and skill set to job opportunities, Dan was sure to make sure they met set requirements I was looking for in a potential position and employer. Throughout all the meetings and interviews, Dan continued to provide great support, follow up and was an all around cheerleader of encouragement and authenticity. It may be his job, but I felt like he really cared.
While the process took a little longer than I originally anticipated, the end result and company that took me on was definitely worth the wait! I worked with other staffing agencies during my search, as well as applied on my own. Hands down, working with Hatch was the best decision and I'm grateful to have had Dan at my side.
