Hi. I stopped at Google headquarters while in Mountain View. The campus is very pretty with trees, colorful bikes, a courtyard with people eating including a community garden. I asked at the front desk about customer service and a tour of the campus but they said that unless I know somebody on the Google campus there are no tours for outsiders. I enjoyed sitting on the grass watching the employees play football. And interesting business to visit. Would have really enjoyed a tour of their facility and information about Google and how they run their business as well as the things that they do for our world and the Internet. I recommend checking it out if you are in the area. There are other tourists visiting the campus but again, there seems to not be any services for tourists unless you know somebody who works here.
