Suze and her staff (I've experience 2 other teachers) are the real deal meaning they practice what they preach. Suze's experience and knowledge with meditation really comes through during her classes so you feel not only physically better; but also mentally and emotionally improved. I especially like the detox class. It is transformative on many levels. I also love the fact, that parking is so easy, accessible and plentiful. And, it is next door to Publix, makes it very convenient for me. It is worth the drive from Winter Springs.
