Though I enjoy the food and coffee, what TOTALLY TURNS ME OFF is the lack of SANITARY use of gloves and hair nets to prepare the food. I ordered a biscuit with jam and watched while to worker prepared the order without placing gloves on her hands, nor was she wearing a net to contain her past the shoulder length hair.

As I looked at the other staff, I noticed none were wearing gloves or nets...the person working with the bread in the front, nor the person working with food in the back.

As stated, the food is good and reasonably priced, but management should pay more attention to sanitation.
