I had a reservation with the resort through a prom...

I had a reservation with the resort through a promotion 11 days before my check in day I was called to cancel my reservation due to the address I had given. No one told me that my location had to be within of so many miles away from the resort. No one tried to accommodate me at all. Keep in mind 11 days away from your stay is not a suitable time frame to let anyone know that their reservation is being cancelled. The supervisors on shift would not even speak with me to help solve this matter. I will never use this resort.
